Summary:
The Treasury and Credit Manager will lead the cash and treasury operations processes for the Company, in addition to serve as the Company’s credit manager. This role is responsible for managing cash, coordinating with the international site treasury functions, analyzing bank fees and executing treasury operational processes. Additionally, this position will serve as the initial credit manager for customer credit requests, including interaction with the site and sales teams to gather the appropriate information to support a credit decision.

Responsibilities:
•Oversee and execute daily US cash management and banking activities, including the investment of cash.
•Assist divisions with treasury related questions/issues (payment, bank accounts, FX transactions, etc.)
•Daily review of wires and ACH transactions.
•Monitor and analyze bank fees.
•Lead cash reporting for Company.
•Oversee management of bank accounts worldwide.
•Monitor and execute foreign exchange contracts as necessary.
•Management of debt activity and the AR sale program.
•Maintain regular contact with banks and other third-party providers.
•Drive ongoing change by identifying process improvement to optimize treasury activities and automate functions.
•Management of the Company’s credit card program.
•Initial analysis of all credit requests for customers including review of customer financial condition, coordination with site and sales personnel to gather complete picture of customer and proposed work.
•Presentation of credit requests to finance leadership (Corporate Controller and/or CFO) for approval.
•Ongoing monitoring of credit limits and Company exposure by customer.
•Quarterly review and reporting of customer financials.

Education:
4 Year Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by management
