Qualifications / Education / Experience

• Under close supervision, provide word processing, spread sheeting and other administrative support to various BEI staff
• Provide coverage for receptionist in main front lobby
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
• Prepare spreadsheets
• Collect and coordinate time records for department
• Maintain filing system for department
• Greet customers, vendors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• May train or mentor lower level administrators or clerical employees
• Work under general supervision and exercise independent judgment within prescribed parameters
• May assume projects from conception through completion meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction. High School Diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of administrative office experience
