Your experience as a Buyer, Planner or Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment are a strong foundation for this role as an IT Business Systems Analyst. For this position, you must have experience with Rapid Response. This role can be located in Nashua, NH; Angleton, TX; Winona, MN; or Tempe, AZ at our company headquarters.

Essential Functions and Competencies

•Experience with Kinaxis – Rapid Response a must
•Proficient skills in interpreting, diagnosing, and developing software programs.
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
•Flexibility and adaptability, towards dynamic business environment with a strong sense of urgency
•Proficient with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, VBA, Infor Baan, Rapid Response & LN
Qualifications / Education / Experience
Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates business systems that aid Benchmark supply chain team in completing their jobs more efficiently and effectively. Understands Corporate BEI systems and suggests, creates, and develops processes to support and improve the software. Key Responsibilities
•Develops process enhancements to be used to improve efficiency and improve quality processes.
•Gather user requirements, develop reports and perform statistical analysis of the data based on the requirements.
•Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures that are cost effective and meets end user requirements.
•Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems.
•Investigates new data collection and software development technologies for implementation/development.
•Documents system requirements, design, testing methods, validation protocols, and other items as necessary.
•Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.
•Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system.
•Coordinates system upgrade activity and assists in modifying and maintaining software and reports. 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain.Level II Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain field with 4 to 6 years’ experience in Business System Analyst role, or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
