Job Summary
Lark RF Technology (a Benchmark Company) is hiring a split role, a Change/Configuration Control & Training Coordinator who will administer, implement and maintain document and data control, product and documentation configuration management, and engineering changes while coordinating and scheduling training. This role ensures changes comply with company procedure and regulatory requirements. Enforcing, developing and monitoring configuration management processes and procedures by interfacing with key stakeholders to initiate, process, and release changes to technical data. Supporting other departments, customers, and vendors by processing change requests and providing CM consultation in a timely and efficient manner

•Understands technical information content and context used by Manufacturing including Assembly Procedures, Work Instructions, Travelers
•Understands technical information content and context used by Engineering including drawings, specifications, reports
•Collaborate effectively with R&D on proposed changes
Qualifications / Education / Experience

•Process Engineering Change Orders as a component of the Quality Management System
•Process Project ECOs to completion including collaboration with R&D on change management for development projects
•Ensure all change elements are identified, accurate, compliant and assembled for review and approval
•Coordinate and assign documentation approvals
•Record and report information needed to manage configuration items effectively, including the status of proposed changes and implementation status of approved changes
•Fulfill requests for change control data, reports and information
•Creates and maintains training schedules, including class schedules, room schedules, facilitator schedules, attendee schedules, materials, and equipment.
•Reviews, proofs and tests training curriculum, including, eLearning, lesson plans, technical documentation, outlines, handouts, course workbooks, tests and practice exercises; suggests edits
•Creates and maintains training records, including employee progress and training activities
•Train department personnel on Document Control systems, practice and procedure
•Experience with Agile PLM is highly desired
•Document Control and/or Training administration experience is a plus
•Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
•Basic knowledge of ITAR industry documentation procedures
•Basic knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
•Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel
•Experience reading engineering drawings, particularly in the aerospace or military industry and configuration management experience
•Experience working with ISO 9001 or AS 9100 level process This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Additional college level Education or Instructional Design-related courses are beneficial.
