Rockford Drive Tempe AZ. 85281 A key member of the Corporate finance team who provides financial analytical support by collecting, compiling and assisting in the preparation of various reports for corporate budgeting, SG&A spend management, planning tool deployment, accounting and profitability analyses. This role is accountable for thorough understanding of financial information and prioritizing actions to driving financial improvements.

• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments
• Awareness of industry changes and updates
Qualifications / Education / Experience

• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing
• Contribute in driving annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and periodic reporting
• Create and drive departmental budgets and monitor actual costs versus departmental budgets
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the business
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
• Manage opportunity list for P&L improvements
• Manage the Spending Approval Request (“SAR”) process
• Support sales finance including validation of bookings, calculation of sales compensation, and reporting on customer profitability
• Understand revenue, material costs, labor costs, overheads, inventory, and capex
• Drive asset efficiency projects to reduce working capital and increase return on existing and new projects
• Understand reasons for P&L or ROIC changes
• Assist in implementation of new financial planning tool and other system enhancements
• Prepare reports on the above information and communicating the insights of these reports to the wider business
• Document internal policies, procedures and processes
• Work on other special projects as assigned by management
• Gain and share job knowledge to remain informed about unique aspects of the business
• 5 plus years’ experience working as a financial analyst
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CMA/MBA preferred
