Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager is to develop, create and implement digital marketing experiences for Benchmark. This position will be responsible for planning, executing and supporting Benchmark’s digital marketing and communication functions, both internally and externally and is an integral part of the creative communications planning and development process for all Benchmark. This position is also responsible for the project management, creative conceptualization and implementation of website projects, search engine marketing, e-campaigns, marketing automation, editorial calendars, content generation and social media activities. This position is also heavily engaged in video production, post production and equipment management. This position is key to the maintenance of Benchmark’s digital presence with emphasis placed on recruitment, stakeholder engagement, brand positioning and business development including working with HR on internal communications.

Qualifications / Education / Experience

• Manage company websites by performing ongoing updates and monitoring statistics to increase traffic; create regular reports summaries of web analytics and key performance indicators.
• Manage and work with website/SEO vendors to continually evolve the site user experience and optimize websites for improved visibility.
• Evaluate analytics of SEM campaigns to determine landing page topics; Work with SEO vendor to implement SEO strategies and track the effectiveness of new and existing online campaigns.
• Align with company goals to build the digital marketing strategy, including account based marketing, web, social and inbound/outbound lead generation strategies.
• Manage marketing automation tool to include design, creation, and execution of e-campaigns, nurture campaigns, landing pages; oversee use and user training, analyze statistics to determine effectiveness of campaigns.
• Manage, report on and engage with social media tools including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Train employees to monitor & engage in social media.
• Coordinate the creation and curation of blog articles from multiple authors and subject matter experts. Manage, schedule and maintain the publication of blog posts on blog sites.
• Provide administration and functional support of department’s CRM tool as it relates to marketing to include auditing/managing information; configuring/customizing data.
• Management of marketing department’s SharePoint site.
• Produce electronic newsletters.
• Stays abreast of developments in technologies, markets and applications through regular contact with customers, vendors and peers.
• Monitor and observe competing companies and their online presence
• 8+ years website management and digital marketing experience Proven understanding of online behavior and a positive user experience.
• Experience building digital strategies centered on account based marketing.
• Knowledge of web service structure and applications as they relate to web page hosting and development.
• Knowledge of measurement tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with day-to-day maintenance of company website, including setting company standards for design, performing navigation and browser compatibility, performing quality control for third party content, and managing small web applications.
• Experience with marketing automation tool to include building e-campaigns, landing pages and forms. Knowledge of Hubspot a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Administration experience with CRM.
• Proficiency with social media tools, platforms, techniques and philosophies.
• Professional experience and engagement with social networks (i.e. - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) for B2B interaction.
• Experience with web-design and creative software a plus.
• Database management experience desirable.
• Pre and post video production. Including online video streaming a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher or 10+ years professional work experience
