Ideal candidate should be a strong leader with demonstrated project management skills. You must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with all levels of internal and external management, including supplier management.

•Strong problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
Qualifications / Education / Experience
You will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies and plans. The DSCS serves as the global leader for multi-regional customer supply chain activities. The MPD is also responsible for the development, coordination and execution of all material strategies, supply chain objectives, and enterprise objectives. The position requires an individual who will be able to exert influence and have an effect on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the program. The ideal candidate will have financial, contracting, and negotiating experience and have had project management responsibilities including, but not limited to Risk and Opportunity management, personnel management, briefing in customer forums, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
•Creates, manages and executes material program strategy and the material program plan
•Provides comprehensive Supply Chain support activities and ensures compliance for the objectives and tailoring when applicable
•Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities including objectives, metrics and task requirements to successful completion
•Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
•Monitor and proactively act to address performance and financial metrics including those related to cost, inventory and delivery
•Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Recommends, develops and executes plans for process and procedural changes based on business requirements
•Prepare and present updates on projects to executive management
•Manage multiple complex projects at the same time

•Minimum of 6 years of related experience in material program management, supply chain or procurement
•Experience with MS Office (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel and Project)
•Experienced leader communicating and presenting to all levels of Management and senior leadership
•Experience implementing continuous improvement, Six Sigma or Lean methodologies/principals

•Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations or related field Desired Education: MBA, Masters in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
