Job Summary
Sustaining Test Engineering Internship within our Minnesota division.

This opportunity is for temporary employment for engineering students who are seeking a summer internship. This is a paid internship for 40 hours (except holidays) beginning in May/June and ending in August/September. This internship is located in Minnesota and available at either our Rochester or Winona office.

  • Essential Functions and Competencies

    Qualifications / Education / Experience
    We are looking for motivated electrical engineering students who are ready for a challenging internship in a fast paced electronics manufacturing environment. The candidate must be a self-starter who can take some of the key objectives in the manufacturing engineering department and turn them into reality. A candidate with a balanced software and hardware background, and familiarity with LabVIEW and Microsoft Office tools is preferred. Projects may include but not be limited to:
  • Test fixture build and refurbishment
  • Update existing department software to improve functionality
  • Review and update of fixture Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Test Failure Mode Effect Analysis
  • Creation of customer Quarterly Business Review materials



    Pursuing engineering degree. ITAR: The applicant must be a US Citizen for he/she may be working on ITAR restricted U.S. Military products.

    Pursuing 4 year engineering degree (electrical engineering preferred) or 4 year related technical degree (e.g. math, chemistry, physics).
