• Precision CNC 5-Axis Milling and Turning
• Precision 5-Axis Grinding of Aerospace Turbine Engine Nozzles and Blades
• Close Tolerance (Micron level) Instrumentation Grinding
• Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) NADCAP approved
• Complex Electro-Mechanical assembly and test (Class 1K & 10K clean room)
• Functional testing
• Medium to Large Coordinate Measuring Capabilities The Facilities Maintenance Technician II position works in conjunction with various departments such as Production support and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure that the facility and related equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications / Education / Experience

• Maintains/repairs furniture and fixtures throughout all buildings.
• Performs preventive maintenance as required.
• Assists with plumbing, electrical, HVAC for installations of new equipment and moving existing machines.
• Performs routine HVAC maintenance.
• Supplies electrical and air drops where needed.
• Assists equipment maintenance whenever possible on plant equipment.
• May perform car maintenance and repair work on any company vehicles.
• Participates in future projects, including but not limited to, building new facilities, plumbing, telecommunications, moving equipment, adding equipment and janitorial services.
• Able to perform all the essential functions and competencies listed above
• Performs renovation construction.
• Works effectively with suppliers, internal customers and contractors.
• Maintains a limited variety of mechanical equipment.
• Handles hazardous waste collection and aware of contingency plan duties in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Fabricates and/or may install hangers, brackets and other securing devices to secure equipment as necessary. Shims and balances equipment as necessary.
• Performs basic to moderate plumbing duties as required.
• Performs basic to moderate masonry work required to maintain or extend building use.
• Performs painting tasks as required.
• Assists in the installation and movement of a variety of light, medium and heavy equipment. Ensures that the performances of these activities are well documented.
• Participates in a continuous improvement activity.
• Repairs, lubricates and performs preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.

1 Year of maintenance and diagnostics of CNC Controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, Siemens, Haas and Makino. 1 Year in Maintenance and repairs on CNC Mills and Lathes 1 Year troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulics on conventional machines. Excellent troubleshooting abilities Required

2 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
