Job Summary
Benchmark is seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator to work on our Human Capital Management team. This position will have interaction with C-Suite Executives. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for processing and maintaining employee records, in compliance with federal, state and local laws. Using the Human Resources (HR) information system, performs system entry and audit of entry including, but not limited to new hire, promotion, transfer, termination, and document management. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Processes employee status change information in HR information system, including hires, promotions, transfers, employee personal data changes and terminations • Maintains absolute confidentiality of HR files and work-related issues and information • Maintains personnel documents and files (electronic and hard copy) for US Human Resources; files hard copy documents as needed • Performs filing, copying, and other administrative duties required or assigned • Maintains compliance with record keeping requirements (legal posters, notices, etc.) • Supports a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to leaders, employees and fellow HR team members • Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions and Competencies
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES • Prior experience using a HR information system (Infor Cloud-Suite HCM preferred) with a high degree of accuracy Skills • High level of organization and strong attention to detail • Strong desire to produce quality work • Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in a sensitive and/or confidential setting • Basic knowledge of federal/state employment and benefit standards • Strong math skills and aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Abilities • Function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team • Ability to collaborate and provide technical support • Interpret information accurately and make decisions in compliance with applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, and procedures • Ability to think critically and work autonomously
Qualifications / Education / Experience

Experience with HRIS or HCM systems.

Education / Experience • 2-5 years of administrative or HR data entry experience, preferably in a human resources or payroll role
