Essential Functions and Competencies

• Assist with the review of document and engineering changes.
• Assist team members in meeting the following requirements:
• Good Documentation Practices o Identification and Traceability
• Work order follow-up
• Product traceability
• Update Process Data Sheets as needed

Qualifications:

• Assist Manufacturing Engineers and Program Managers as required
• Participate in problem solving and CAPA process.
• Participate in metrology process.
• Participate in Internal Process Audits
• Collect statistical data, analyze as directed by Quality Engineers.

• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge in using Solidworks, and Excel
• Experience with PowerPoint • Experience with Agile The following experience is desirable:
• Process Flow Diagram (PFD) • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• 5 S • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) • Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer (SIPOC)
• Turtle Diagrams • Gage R&R • Problem Solving tools (examples; 8 Disciplines, 6 Step, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram)

Education:

The ideal candidate will be in college pursuing a Bachelor's degree specializing in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
