Our clients are Original Equipment Manufacturers requiring precision mechanical production capabilities including close-tolerance machining and clean room assembly. Our product lines include equipment for the Semiconductor and Scientific Instrumentation markets.

Essential Functions and Competencies

• Understands the total business operation to include material procurement, order entry, forecasting, manufacturing, invoicing, customer returns, inventory levels and on-time delivery
• Communicates effectively, in both written and verbal formats
• Drives solutions to complex planning issues with no supervision
• Support a 24/7 global business operation as required
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills with employees and customers
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills

• Demonstrate leadership and people management skills
• Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to operate on diverse project teams with minimal direction
• Solid financial understanding, risk analysis,relationship-building, and project management
• Available for travel up to 5% to 10%of the time, including day, or overnight travel as required
Qualifications / Education / Experience

• Manage the department Preventative Maintenance (PMs) Program schedule and task specifications.
• Plan/coordinates facility activities required for new or existing projects. Continuously monitors facility maintenance work recommending improvements or modifications as needed.
• Plan/coordinates facility enhancements, new equipment arrivals/removals, personnel moves and area modifications.
• Develop emergency operating and contingency procedures for Medical, Weather, Electrical, Fire and Chemical spill response.
• Ensure and/or sets compliance strategies for facility and safety regulations (OSHA, Life Safety, NFPA, BOCA, ASHRAE, ADA, etc).
• Develop and implement security protocol and procedures.
• Manages day to day operations of the custodial maintenance program to ensure cleanlines of entrances, corridors, stairs, landings, office and manufacturing areas. What would really impress us:
• Experience working on CNC or related equipment
• Lean Certification
• Experience in a High Mix/Low Volume (Mixed Model) Shop What we need from you:
• 4-year technical degree
• 5 years’ maintenance management experience
• 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience in safety regulations (OSHA, Life Safety, NFPA, BOCA, ASHRAE, ADA)
