Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician I or II with our Process Engineering Team on 1st shift

. The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials and processes to production to ensure products are assembled in an efficient manner, meeting customer quality and expectations and on-time delivery specifications.




Essential Functions and Competencies


• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing product
• Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
• Troubleshoots operator problems successfully, work with leadership on training and process improvements
• Communicates problems to Engineers and/or leader
• Assists in the testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
• Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis
• Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for the product debug areas
• Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
• Complies and follows all company security policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required

• Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.

• Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required 5+ years of experience; Ability to effectively train diverse groups; Good analytical skills; Ability to assimilate to a wide range of data and form conclusions2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
