Supports the Program Managers for Engineering Change Orders, Sales Order management and Accounts Receivable. Supports Master Scheduler by providing daily reports using Baan. Ensures sales order accuracy to drive accurate MRP. Follows all procedures with consistent adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer purchase orders for compliance to customer’s contract terms and conditions
  • Verify pricing and process customer POs and Sales Orders in accurate and timely manner
  • Proactively identify potential discrepancies prior to data entry and engage Program Managers in resolving discrepancies
  • Maintain documentation and database to support pricing quoted to customers
  • Assist Program Managers with program accounts receivable past-due balances, providing data necessary for resolution
  • Provide daily reports to Master Scheduler using Baan to support production scheduling
  • Maintain a positive, professional relationship with Benchmark team members
  • All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
  • Perform all essential functions and competencies listed above
  • Work with larger customers and more complex accounts
  • Analyze more complex programs, make recommendations for resolutions and initiate corrective action
  • Anticipate potential issues/problems with program(s), alert management and affect a satisfactory resolution
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office supporting mid-senior management levels
  • 2+ years of related experience with larger, more complex customers


    • High School Diploma or GED
