Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports all phases of the recruiting / hiring process in compliance with federal, state and local laws. Using the Human Resources information system; this role will support and answer questions for hiring managers and candidates while also assisting recruiters with the execution of the hiring process.The role will also maintain recruiting related data and reports and the candidate pre-employment communication, paperwork and related processes. The ideal candidate will also already have some recruiting experience or be able to grow into owning the recruitment of some positions.

Responsibilities:
• Support the talent acquisition team and hiring managers with the new requisitions and the hiring process.

• Ensure requisitions are created accurately, publish recruitment related reports and provide support in the job creation and approval process.
• Ensure external posting of positions, support the search and assessment of candidates and help with the interview process.
• Supporting the talent acquisition team with the candidate post-offer process. Responsible for the completion of pre-employment documentation and owning the business relationship with our on-boarding vendor that conducts background checks, drug screening, etc.
• Manages new hire and on-boarding compliance by following the documented processes in accordance with standard operational procedures and guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, fellow HR team members and hiring managers

• Assist in operational and process improvement projects within the talent acquisition team

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience of 4+ years in human resources with 2+ years in a talent acquisition role
• Prior experience using a HR information system (Infor Cloud-Suite HCM preferred) with a high degree of accuracy


Preferred Skills
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

• Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn preferred
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system preferred
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail
• A passion for providing a positive customer experience
• Project coordination, data reporting and analytics experience preferred
• Ability to use discretion and confidentiality in a sensitive and/or confidential setting
• Experience owning some recruitment of roles (preferred) or the ability and desire to quickly grow into that capability
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
Abilities
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and support customers at different locations
• Ability to collaborate and provide HR information system process related support
• Ability to be efficient and resourceful when many tasks need to be done simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
