Job Description

In this position you will be working directly with engineering/technology leadership to develop recruiting strategies beyond job postings, job boards or job fairs.  Ideal candidate will be one that brings an out of the box, creative sourcing campaign from outside experience.  The daily goal will be to contribute to company growth by attracting talented professionals, pipeline candidates and reduce time to fill.

  • Reporting to HR Business Manager/Partner. Our Talent Specialist are  responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions for a functional area and/or within a business unit(s), high volume positions, or technical positions
  • Develop diverse candidate pools and pipelines for each position. Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Specific responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise within a line of business and or functional area
  • Develop and maintain client relationships with senior leadership, as well as hiring managers and candidates
  • Work with hiring managers to develop search strategies, and overall staffing needs for the organization
  • Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process; timeline, roles and responsibilities, as well as promoting candidate diversity
  • Consult with hiring managers on recruitment trends, target companies, innovative sourcing techniques, industry events, networking, job boards, cold calling, external research, etc.
  • Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, and continually build a pipeline of candidates
  • Review all applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description and requirements; ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented
  • Effectively phone screen or interview all relevant applicants, and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection
  • Position and effectively articulate the companies value proposition
  • Oversee/schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview team
  • Determine with hiring managers next steps in the process
  • Obtain all critical information on candidates; experience, salary, motivations and fit for the position

 

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Should have  5+ years of  Engineering  recruiting experience with preference staffing the following position:
  1. RF Engineers

  2. SMT Assembly

  3. Integration & Test

  4. Substrate/PCB

  5. Test Operators

  6. Test Technicians

  7. Datacon Machine Operators

  8. Hesse Machine Operators

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preference to having experience within and corporate recruiting environments.

  •  A track record of meeting hiring goals and working with multiple hiring managers and departments simultaneously.

  • Comfortable speaking to front-end and back-end engineering profiles, including product design, management, and data science.
  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed above
